What are the Delivery Charges?

Shipping charges to mainland US are located at the bottom of the auction details page. You can reach the auction details page by clicking on the item up for auction.

The charges shown upon winning an auction are for delivery to addresses within mainland United States only. Any delivery charges outside of the mainland United States will be calculated accordingly.We try to keep delivery costs down by shipping through USPS. You can use the following link to estimate delivery charges for the item you are interested in bidding on: http://ircalc.usps.gov. To determine the approximate delivery charge of the item, you will need two things: the size of the package and the amount to insure the item

Who are your Delivery Carriers?

We ship via all major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx, DHL, and the United States Postal Service. Unfortunately, customers are unable to specify the carrier of their choice. On rare occasions we may face an unforeseen delay in shipping your order.

When can I expect delivery?

oohilove aims to ship your item within 10-15 business days after your payment has been received. A small percentage of items require a longer ship-out time, and we will alert you if there is any delay.

Can I track the delivery?

We’ll let you know as soon as your item has been shipped and provide you with a tracking number and shipping details. This way you can track the arrival of your coveted couture and plan in advance to which event you will be wearing it! If an item has not been received within 15 business days, please contact oohilove’s customer service.

Has my item been shipped yet?

We’ll let you know via email as soon as your item has been shipped. If an item has not been received within 15 business days after payment, please contact oohilove’s customer service.

Which countries does oohilove deliver to?

oohilove delivers to (almost) any country. Countries that are restricted from all shipments include: Afghanistan, British Indian Ocean Territory, Christmas Islands, Cocos Island, Comoros, Cuba, Falkland Islands, French Southern Territories, Heard & McDonald Islands, Iran, Libya, Mayotte, Myanmar (Burma), Nauru, Niue, North Korea, Palestinian Territory, Pitcairn Island, Saint Helena, Sao Tome and Principe, Somalia, St. Pierre and Miquelon, Svalbard Jan Mayen Island, Tokelau, and Western Sahara.

Delivered items outside mainland US may be subject to VAT, import duties, and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. oohilove ships your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incure these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.

What do I do if my package/item arrives damaged?

oohilove utilizes premier designer label boutiques, premier designer label online stores, and reputable shipping carriers so that we can be assured to delivery authentic products in brand new condition to our members. In the rare occurrence that a product or packaging is damaged during shipment, the purchaser should report this to oohilove immediately upon receiving the item.  Make sure to keep the packing box the item was shipped in, and if you are able to, email photos of the packing box to the oohilove support team. If oohilove shall be unable to deliver the exact item purchased, oohilove shall be entitled to substitute the item with a comparable or better replacement product, or provide a full refund of the auction end price plus all taxes, shipping charges, and bids placed by the purchasers.
