I'm not happy with my item. Can I return it?

We provide a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all the products you purchase from oohilove. If, for whatever reason, you decide that you no longer want the product you have purchased, please send us an email and we will guide you through the next steps to return your product. Please note that you can only return the product if the item is unworn, not damaged, in brand new condition, and returned within 14 days of receiving the item. The items should also be returned in its original packaging including certificate of authenticity, booklets, and all included tags. Due to the authentic and high value nature of our goods, we cannot accept items that have been tampered with.

Can I get a cash refund on an item that I have won?

Yes, we provide a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all products you purchase from oohilove. If, for whatever reason, you decide that you want a refund on a product you have purchased, please send us an email and we will credit you back the final auction price of the item and the value of any paid bids you have placed. Cash refunds will be processed as soon as the product you return has been confirmed as meeting oohilove's return standards (mentioned above).
