Our items are sourced directly from the manufacturer or distributor. All items we sell are new, of the designer brand stated, and include authenticity papers and full manufacturer’s warranty.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We are not happy unless you are happy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your designer label purchase, we will happily provide you with a full cash refund of the unworn item within 14 days of purchase. Items must be returned in exactly the same condition as they were received, including original packaging, authenticity papers, and with tags attached. ( Note: there are no refunds on bid packages )

Fair Auction Guarantee

With our Fair Auction Guarantee you can be sure that we do not use any systems that automatically bid on our auctions. We also guarantee that oohilove employees and their immediate family members are not allowed to bid on the auctions. The Fair Auction Guarantee is our way of showing our users what we stand for, and is an important part of our core values. Ooh I Love auctions are for the benefit of our members and only members can bid on our products.
