Social Media Marketing Intern (Internship)
oohilove is seeking a non-paid intern to develop online marketing programs and initiatives that identify, attract, retain, and grow our valuable customer segments. The individual will be responsible for online customer acquisition for oohilove through social networking initiatives. In this role, you will work directly with the Head of Social Media Marketing and Communications to build oohilove’s brand and focus on customer acquisition.
Some key responsibilities include:
- Develop high-level marketing strategy to acquire new facebook fans, twitter followers, MySpace friends, and registered oohilove users
- Build oohilove's MySpace site from ground zero
- Develop and execute social networking site advertising campaigns
- Write regular facebook posts and tweets
- Develop and execute forum post campaigns
- Identify industry fashion authorities and get oohilove published on those sites
Qualifications
- Regularly uses and loves interacting through social networking sites
- Some marketing experience or coursework a plus
- A love for fashion.
- Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.

Online Marketing Intern (Internship)
oohilove is seeking a non-paid intern to develop online marketing programs and initiatives that identify, attract, retain, and grow our valuable customer segments. The individual will be responsible for online customer acquisition for oohilove to hit target conversions at an acceptable cost per acquisition. In this role, you will work directly with the Head of Paid Marketing and Communications to build oohilove’s brand and focus on customer acquisition
Some key responsibilities include:
- Develop high-level strategy to acquire customers
- Develop advertising campaigns and banners for online advertising
- Purchase key ad words and optimizing word/price mix
- Set up and managing programs through affiliate networks
- Analyze data analytics to identify opportunities to attract key customers
- Create high-level concepts for new landing pages
- Develop and manage a positive return on investment for key marketing campaigns
Qualifications:
- Some knowledge in PPC, PPM, and other forms of paid marketing on Adwords, Overture, AdCenter, and Facebook
- Strong analytical skills to be able to analyze data and generate keyword performance
- Some experience or interest in setting-up and managing programs through Affiliate Networks
- Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills

Assistant Buyer (Internship)
oohilove is seeking an unpaid intern as an Assistant Buyer who has knowledge of the buying process in designer handbags and accessories. The ideal candidate will have experience in purchasing, be a proven self-starter, and have a fashion forward ability to spot trends and a business mind to understand the dynamic fashion world. We value those who have a passion for top designer labels and are excited about hand-selecting and purchasing the latest season’s releases. The buyer will work directly with the head of merchandising and create a product selection that differentiates oohilove from competitors. The buying team will develop business strategies that drive sales through the assortment of products selected, pricing, promotion, and return on investment.
Some key responsibilities include:
- Support the merchandising team in hand-selecting oohilove's products
- Establish and maintain vendor relationships and attend buying trips on a weekly basis
- Source premium products from vendors and establish new relationships with vendors
- Assist in negotiating buying terms with vendors
- Execute the purchase of the item from the vendor
- Manage the purchase process to ensure correct delivery of products
- Develop copyright for merchandise to be sold on oohilove
- Develop creative materials about the products selected to oohilove's Creative and Design Team (eg. press releases, sample pictures, concept layouts, tone and mood boards)
- Present new brand and product recommendations to Merchandising Team
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on industry trends and new product releases
- Develop relationships with stores and retail managers
- Attend fashion events and write on oohilove's social networking website
Supply Chain & Logistics (Internship)
oohilove is seeking an unpaid intern to lead a portion of operations-related activities. Your key goal will be to drive cost and service improvements to increase company profitability and improve customer satisfaction. You will be completely autonomous and make sound management decisions on a daily basis.
Some key responsibilities include:
- Identify and implement areas of opportunity to decrease costs and delivery times
- Manage daily operations and logistics
- Coach and mentor operations analysts
- Supervise daily/monthly reporting and create and execute weekly KPI system
- Evaluate carrier price and service performance and establish standards
- Act as a liaison between Merchants, Customer Service, Warehouses, Vendors and Carriers
- Resolve service failures and help implement process for continual improvement
- Monitor the execution of carrier pick-ups and deliveries throughout the domestic inbound network and ensure that performance indicators are being met
- Create reports and reporting mechanisms to monitor and control all aspects of the supply chain, including vendors, merchants, and inbound transportation to report logistics cost, service standards, and transport plan throughout the supply chain
- Provide customer service support to the entire company to meet each department's inbound and service requirements.
