How can oohilove sell these products at such low prices?
The pre-paid nature of our auction model allows us to offer these designer label products at incredibly low prices. oohilove generates approximately 99 cents for each bid placed on an auction plus the auction price increment (eg. 2 cents), which contributes to the cost of the product.
I've WON an auction! What happens now?
Congratulations on winning an auction!
As soon as the auction has ended, you'll receive an email where we'll explain the next steps. You will be instructed how to pay the final amount. Just remember to confirm that you still want the item within 7 days of the end of the auction. If you still haven't confirmed within 7 days, we'll assume that you no longer want to buy the item.
You can pay for your item by credit/debit card, or via PayPal. Please make sure that you pay within 7 days of the end of the auction. We'll confirm your payment via e-mail and we'll also confirm that the item has been shipped to you. If the item hasn't arrived within 14 days of our shipment confirmation, please contact us.
'Live auction' and 'upcoming auction' – what's the difference?
Live auction is an auction with the timer counting down to zero. An 'upcoming auction' is planned to start at some time in the near future with no timer running.
How many auctions can I win in a 28 day period?
We have limited the number of auctions each user can win to four, with each win only being able to be replaced every 28 days. We do this so that as many people as possible can have the opportunity to take advantage of oohilove's amazing savings. If you have already won four auctions and then proceed to win a 5th auction within the time period, you will not be entitled to purchase the item at the closing auction price.
This is the way it works:
- Imagine you have a shopping bag.
- Every time you win an auction, that product is placed into your shopping bag.
- Each product stays in that shopping bag for 28 days before it is taken out.
- Each shopping bag can hold a maximum of 4 products.
- Once your shopping bag is full, you are not allowed to win another auction until a space becomes available in your shopping bag.
- If you have already won four auctions and then proceed to win a 5th auction within the time period, you will not be entitled to purchase the item at the closing auction price.
